The mission of Sidereal Management, Inc. is to enhance the lives of our investors, residents and community by aggregating investor capital to improve multi-family apartment complexes and the surrounding area.
Investment Strategy & Philosophy
Sidereal Management, Inc. acquires, owns and operates Multifamily apartments in promising areas in order to provide otherwise unobtainable real estate investments with reduced risk to our clients. Our business model takes advantage of the opportunities to increase returns by bringing fresh capital to eliminate deferred maintenance and bring creative, modernized touches to the property; providing better management and collections; negotiating better vendor contracts; working with city officials to energize the surrounding community; and ultimately, improving the overall environment of the living area for our tenants.
We buy with an exit strategy, manage with asset specific business plans, provide transparent reporting, and deliver re-positioning programs focused on maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) while creating a quality lifestyle for our residents at each community.
Our proven relationships with best in class escrow and title officers, property inspectors, lenders, real estate attorneys, and general contractors enable us to reduce risk and create exceptional results for our investors.

Leadership
Chris Rush is a seasoned real estate investor, serial entrepreneur and founder of Sidereal Management, Inc. Starting his real estate career in the family business as a teenager in the 1980’s, Chris has extensive experience in property valuation and acquisition; multiple, simultaneous capital expenditure real estate rehab projects; property leasing and management; financing and refinancing; syndication, fundraising and financial selling; and marketing and property sales.
Over the past decade through syndication, partnership and individual investments, Chris has acquired, repositioned and deposed of for profit hundreds of units in the Texas, Arkansas and Washington markets. As a syndicator with Fannie Mae loan experience, Chris has an top-notch reputation among the multi-family investment community for providing exceptional value to investors and the community.
Chris is a 1995 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Computer Science, B.S. and served 10 years on active duty excelling as a Navy pilot flying missions worldwide.
Following his military career, Chris also founded, operated, and subsequently sold for profit, Signature International Services, Inc., a third-party logistics company providing worldwide logistics solutions for government defense contractors.
