Sidereal Management, Inc. does not provide formal education on multi-family apartment education. However, as a way of giving back, we periodically select an advanced real estate investor eager to get multi-family experience by working with us through the acquisition and participation in a syndication deal. Prerequisites include having invested passively in one of our offerings, demonstrated an eagerness to learn by reading pertinent material, and willingness to bring effort and capital to a new syndication.
